Happy Easter... yesterday lol

Ok so I do realize that it is after 3, but I like working at night. I did 4 double page layouts today. I made them for someone that will remain nameless because they do not know they are getting pages made for them. I am very proud of the pages and actually like double layouts especially when you have a lot of pics of a similar thing. I usually make single page layouts 12x12 cause I take a lot of pics, but not a lot of good ones so I only end up with a few of a certain event that I want to scrap. Easter was a lot of fun. My mom came over with baskets and plastic eggs to hide. We dyed eggs and did an egg hunt. Today was a good day! Not to mention my ds~ almost 3 is actually getting the hang of holding his pee.... only if he has no pants on lol

I have been doing stuff!!!

I know I haven't posted, but I have been working on stuff. I made a few cards today. I made some ATC and some ITT's Here are some pics.

Very productive

I made 5 cards and 70 inchies!!! I will post pics later, but right now I am going to bed. Iam realy enjoying all this stuff. It makes me soooo happy! I would just like to thank thepinkstamper for her blog... she has a simple yet very very nice way of doing things. I really like her work!

Cards!

I made two cards so far today. One is for a lady that was in a car wreck and the other is for a lady with two different types of cancer. I really am enjoying this!

the second ard was long ways and I couldn't figure out how to switch it right now withot saving it to my computer... so maybe later.... More cards to come later and maybe a scrap page :-)

I love that I am creating something every day! This project started as something that I thought was going to be very easy and not complicated. Well leave it up to me... I made it very complicated. I really wanted to join this swap so I was like what the heck I will do 10 caterpillars. Ok so I was like the caterpillar needs to have a home so why don't I put it on a leaf. Only after I cut everything I figured out- I have to make 10 cards which in the beginning was ONLY 10 right.

Math helps! 10 x 10 = 100 for those who haven't figured it out yet.

Oh and I decided to make them worms not caterpillars because that saves me 100 gluings cause the caterpillars were NOT cute enough to be worth it. Trust I would have taken the time to make it cute it just wasn't.

Oh and the other bad idea... the leaf with holes in it... that means 300 little circles EVERYWHERE!!! But it's the cutest leaf right... 300 circles not so cute Flash Cards did turn out cute though!!!

finally my trenchies

I think most people that do these swaps don't try todo them all in one day... I guess that's why the due date isn't for a while. I start doing something and I can't stop until I am finished. I think that I am going to thry to make myself finish the trenchies in the morning, but they are so cute I want to keep going. I really think that I out did myself today though. I am so happy that I am doing this though cause I finally have something that I think I am good at. I know that a lot of people are WAY better then me, but hey I have been doing this for like a week right... I can only get better. I joined a scrappin club. I don't know how often they meet or anything else about the really, but I am going to try to get involved that way. Also~ maybe Mary Kay will come back into play if I am meeting more people. I really want to have customers, but I am not motivated enough to promote and run my business. Oh well... scraps it is!!!

my twinchie

ok so here's my twinchie. The only bad part about this one is that I used stickles. That means that I have to have them unstacked to dry... 30 2inch squares... that's a lot of space. Anyways now I have to do 29 more!

my first inchies

I am so proud of myself!!!! I made my first inchies. For my family that is reading this--- it's just a 1inchx1inch square that you decorate. I have t do twinchies and trenchies... Ok so I can't spell normal words so I have NO idea if I just spelled those made up words right lol. Anyways I am making these for a swap, so I hope the people that recieve them like them.

New Cards

My sister spent the night last night and we made two cards. One for a little boy that was sick and another for her friend that just had surgery. We had so much fun being creative and doing something to make someone else feel better. I like that my cards will make someone smile!

New World

I knew that a lot of people made scrap books and I knew people made cards... I had no idea that A LOT of people make 10+ scrap books at the same time and people make ALL their cards and cards for other people cards for people they don't know LOL cards all the time. I just decided that I need a hobby. I made my first pretty card and I think it's pretty good. I have also put together some pages and I love seeing them come together!
